FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Why do I keep seeing "Online Gym" on your social media and email?

I run a website called onlinegym.com where I provide customized workout plans via an app and keep you accountable—without the 1-on-1 sessions. It’s a more affordable option than training with me directly.

2. How much does a personal training session cost?

Virtual Training is $82 per session.  In-home training is $120 per session.

3. How long are the workouts?

Each workout will be 45 minutes.

4. What type of workouts are offered?

We focus primarily on strength training, conditioning and mobility but our programming is inclusive and adaptable to suit all fitness levels. Whether you're just starting or are an experienced athlete, we offer progressions and modifications to ensure every workout provides the right level of challenge.

5. How often are the programs updated?

Programs are updated every eight weeks to keep your workouts fresh and ensure continued progress.  The reason for this timeline is that if you are changing your workout too frequently, you never have a chance to adapt to the training stimulus and build muscle.  In 8 weeks time you should be able to add weight and reps to each exercise and will have truly maximized your potential.

6. Is there a free trial available?

No, the 1st workout will not be free.

7. Can beginners join The Lift Lab?

Absolutely! Our workouts come with modifications for all fitness levels, so whether you’re just starting or a seasoned athlete, you’ll find something that works for you.

8. Will I get support with nutrition?

Yes, JP is available to answer any questions you have, offering personalized support to help you lose fat, gain muscle, or simply feel your best.

9. What equipment do I need?

Most workouts can be done with basic equipment like dumbbells, resistance bands, and a bench or sturdy surface. However, the programs can be adjusted to suit your setup—whether you're training at home, in a gym, or with minimal gear.

10. What if I have an injury or specific limitation?

Just let JP know! Workouts can be modified around injuries or limitations to keep you moving safely while still making progress.

So, stop wasting your time! No more trial and error.
